An amazing opportunity to get some great art and help LA’s budding artist!

Next Thursday, May 31,  The greatest Art High School in Los Angeles, aka VAPA or The Ramon C. Cortines High School of Visual and Preforming Arts will have our benefit Art Auction and Surrealist Cafe called, Down the Rabbit Hole. Join us for a fun night of surrealist art activities, a costume contest, and silent auction. We have a lot of really great student work, and some beautiful donations from:

Alison Saar, Betye Saar, Lezley Saar, Shepherd Fairey, Susan Rankaitis, Davis and Davis, Marc Pally, Maureen Selwood, Skip Snow, Austin Young, Tom Leeser, Mark Steven Greenfield, David Greenfield, Rollence Patugan, Franco Innocenti, Hector Daza, Fuentes, Al Rodriguez, Estaphano Suazo, Jeanne Hoel, Andrew Choate, Ann Zumwinkle, Julie McManus, and Toros Pottery.

We will also be having our 3rd annual student exhibition, Art on Could Nine, on Thursday, May 31, 2012. The opening is from 4-6pm is open to the public. Come and see what our amazingly talented students are up to.
